We are committed to your recovery and excellent rehabilitation outcomes require consistency. Last minute cancellations also deprive other patients of the limited time slots.
If patients wish to change their booked time slot, they must contact Physicare by calling 8501 1727 before 24 hours of the visit start time. In such cases, Physicare will cancel the existing booking and allow patients to make a new booking.
If the change or cancellation of home or teletherapy appointments takes place within 24 hours of the visit start time, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total visit service fees, inclusive of all applicable surcharges on the original visit.
If multiple changes are made within 24 hours of the visit start time, multiple change fees will be charged.
Physicare may waive change and cancellation fees under extenuating circumstances or at Physicare’s discretion. Physicare will have the final say in all disputes.
